Kicking off Excellence - Day 1: Infineon's Embedded Systems Course (Cohort 3)
The Cohort 3 of the Embedded Systems Course by Infineon kicked off on September 13th, 2025 with inspiring talks from Bala sir, Balajee Seshadri, and Infineon MD Vinay Shenoy, setting a high standard of excellence for the program.
Friday, September 13th, 2025, marked the exhilarating, in-person launch of Cohort 3 of the Embedded Systems Course at the Infineon facility!
The day started bright and early with the vibrant energy of the Bengaluru campus. As soon as we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed and handed our ID cards—the first tangible sign of this new journey. We then enjoyed a fantastic breakfast at the Infineon canteen, a perfect start before diving into the core curriculum.
Setting the Vision: Excellence is the Goal
Classes kicked off sharp at 9:00 AM. Bala sir took the stage, starting with a brief welcome that quickly transitioned into the essential introduction to the course. More than just a technical overview, Bala sir filled the room with genuine motivation, making it clear that this program is about becoming masters of our craft. His powerful mantra resonated immediately: "Chase excellence, and success will follow."
This initial spark of inspiration was reinforced by a subsequent, thought-provoking talk from Balajee Seshadri, who continued to inspire us to approach the course material not just as students, but as future innovators.
Straight from the Top: Virtual Insights from Leadership
A major highlight was connecting with leadership, albeit virtually. We had the opportunity to join an online meeting with Vinay Shenoy, the Managing Director (MD) of Infineon. Hearing directly from him provided invaluable, real-world perspective. Mr. Shenoy shared fascinating insights into the ideas and practical applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across various domains, immediately connecting our coursework to global industry trends.
We also extended our gratitude to Balasubramaniam Prakash sir, the visionary founder of this course, who joined us online for a brief but moving talk. He highlighted the passion and effort that went into creating this comprehensive, transformative program.

The day concluded with the in-person introduction of the dedicated team of instructors who will be guiding us: Boya Vinay Kumar, Ananth Kamath, Siddesh, and Vijay.

Boya Vinay Kumar then walked us through the entire course structure. His presentation was incredibly clear and concise, providing a precise roadmap of the concepts, modules, and essential hands-on skills we are about to master.
I left Day 1 feeling not just informed, but genuinely motivated to start building! The collective energy of the speakers, the quality of the program, and the feeling of being there in person promise an incredible journey into the core of technology.
